Chrome menu hint text for screen reader is "double tap to activate" for non-mobile

Firmware Version Google_Lulu.6301.136.57

# Enable ChromeVox with ctrl + alt + z
# Open Customize and Control Menu with alt + e or alt + f and navigate down to zoom out, zoom in, fullscreen, cut, copy, or paste. 
Expected: hint text says to invoke using search + space
Actual: hint text says "double tap to activate"

I'm not reproducing this one. Did you by any chance use the touch screen immediately before? Could you try and give exact repro steps/any observations?
