[📍] The name get unnecessarily truncates in Benchmark Results table

Look at this result page for example: https://pinpoint-dot-chromeperf.appspot.com/results2/160a029a640000

The name gets truncated even when there is space which make it almost useless. In particular when looking at the memory benchmarks, name is very useful.

I just found the '...' button. It alleviates the issue (at least I can see the names) but still lots of unused whitespace.
