Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.0; rv:52.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/52.0 Steps to reproduce the problem: Occasionally on my notebook I see or hear (fan) that something is using CPU and inevitably it's a Chrome tab. I look in chrome task manager but even if I sort by CPU it jumps around far too much to be useful unless I'm very fast. I need like a slow-roll option over a minute. Also, I want to be able to kill/close the tab from the chrome task manager if it's eating CPU. What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? Too hard to track down and kill errant tabs Did this work before? No Chrome version: 68.0.3440.106 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.1 Flash Version:
