ERR_CONTENT_LENGTH_MISMATCH usually means the server has a bug in it somewhere.

I'm not able to repro this on my end. Could you attach a NetLog of this happening per https://dev.chromium.org/for-testers/providing-network-details?

Unable to repro the issue on my workstation as well.
