What steps will reproduce the problem?
1)Sign into User ->click on Uber Tray -> now press 'Tab' until focus is on 'WI-FI' text -> press 'Enter' from keyboard for Network menu 
(2)Now click on  'Previous Menu' option and Observe for tab focus on 'WI-FI' text in Uber Tray 
(Please refer Video)

Expected: Tab focus should be seen on 'WI-FI' text at Uber Tray
Actual: Instead no tab focus is seen on  'WI-FI' text

Note: Issue is seen for all other options such as 'Accessibility' , 'Bluetooth'

This is Non-Regression Issue seen from M-62
