authpolicy: Combine seccomp policies

Combine
- kpasswd-seccomp.policy
- klist-seccomp.policy
- kinit-seccomp.policy
into krb5-seccomp.policy as well as
- net_ads-seccomp.policy
- smbclient-seccomp.policy
into samba-seccomp.policy to ease maintenance in preparation to enabling ARM.

- Create union policy
- Create detailed diff between union and individual policies
- Discuss the diffs with security
It's basically a trade-off of maintainability vs security, pushing towards maintainability, so we have to make sure that security is OK with this trade-off.
