(1) Go to https://webrtc.github.io/samples/src/content/capture/canvas-record/
(2) Click on Start Recording 
(3) Click on Play

What is the expected result?
Camera captures the local stream and local video gets displayed

What happens instead?
Gray area covers the canvas and nothing gets displayed
