Status: Untriaged (was: Unconfirmed)
Able to reproduce the issue on Mac 10.13.3, Win-10 and Ubuntu 14.04 using chrome reported version #68.0.3440.106 and latest canary #70.0.3530.0.
This is a non-regression issue as it is observed from M60 old builds.

Hence, marking it as untriaged to get more inputs from dev team.

Thanks...!!

Thanks for the report. This was a deliberate change to avoid users being sent somewhere unexpected from page info. Developers generally know to open devtools for more specific information like TLS connection security details. See Issue 646465 and Issue 870048 (which I believe you're familiar with).
