Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. download video from any video site.
2. in chrome ui menu, click downloads, select the downloaded video file and play.
3. click home to return launcher, then enter chrome again.
4. click downloads again and play the video again.
5. the htmlvideoElement is black but sounds continues.

What is the expected behavior?
the video in chrome downloads should be played normally.

What went wrong?
we find gles2_cmd_decoder.cc continues print errors when the video becomes black. attatchment is main log and the screenshot

Contents of chrome://gpu: 

it looks that the video codec runs ok, but the output texture changes. this issue only happens on M68, we tryed M66 and M67, it's no problem.
