I'm not seeing an obvious difference between Chrome and Firefox's rendering, nor any evidence of there needing to be something there. Could you include a picture of what you're expecting to see?

Oh, nevermind, I see what's wrong in the picture. This does not look network-related. Something to do with the rendering of that SVG.

Is GPU acceleration enabled? If so, does disabling it make the issue go away?
