Steps to repro:
# Using any screen reader such as Chromevox on ChromeOS or NVDA on windows, open chrome://flags
# Search for a flag

Expected: As you type, the screen reader should read the number of results found
see chrome://history and chrome://settings which demonstrate this expected behavior

Actual: There is no indication of how many results were found.
Users will have to read through results to find what they want instead of being able to realize they've generated too many results and should refine their search before navigating to the flags.
