MacViews: Cannot reach all the controls in dialogs by pressing tab

In the new Cast dialog (issue 754101), pressing tab cycles through the device list, and pressing tab on the last device brings the highlight back to the first device. On other platforms, the buttons at the bottom of the dialog are included in the tabbing cycle.

Likewise, you cannot tab to all the controls in "Bookmark added" or "Edit bookmark" dialogs. I'm not aware of other ways to reach all the controls in those dialogs.

Try enabling 'Full Keyboard Access' in System Preferences -> Keyboard -> Shortcuts

That worked, thanks.

I understand we're doing what the OS expects us to do, but it feels strange to me that the OS disables tabbing through controls by default.
