Add title of video playing to widget window title for pip

Currently when one Pip's, the widget window title just says Picture-in-Picture. It would be nice to know the title of what is playing as well as that it is in PiP Mode. Perhaps something like Pip: Title of Video.

We should even show the title from the Media Session. Though, ideally, we may want to not show the widget in most views.
