Issue descriptionThere's a new polish issue after adding background to shelf buttons (issue 874290, the CL for adding the background is still WIP though). The shelf buttons are shown on top of the boot splash screen, whereas they should be ideally shown together with login and wallpaper. This issue was not visible before, simply because the shelf icons and texts have the same color with the boot splash screen. But after adding the grey background, it becomes a problem.

I don't think this is similar to issue 882324. This only affects the boot splash screen, not OOBE. And given its priority we can punt to M-71.

I can't repro this anymore with Eve on 73.0.3637.0. The original issue was referring to a temporary frame when the "Shut down", "Browse as Guest" etc. buttons are shown on top of the white "G" logo screen during device boot. But it's not noticeable at this point. |
