# Tab to the 'actions' button
# Press the button with search+space, enter, or space
# Notice the menu opens, but Chromevox says nothing
# Navigate with up and down arrow to verify the menu is actually there
# Press escape
# Notice that Chromevox says 'Actions button'

Expected: Chromevox should say actions menu when the menu opens

Actual: nothing is spoken
