Add SHA-512 support

Reported by yorena...@gmail.com, Aug 23

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_14_0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/68.0.3440.106 Safari/537.36 OPR/55.0.2994.37

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open crypto/sha2.h
2. No SHA-512 functions
3. Comment on line 19 says to add if needed

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
There is only support for SHA-256

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 68.0.3440.106 Channel: stable

As the comment says, the need has not arised yet. Is there particular work in Chromium that needs it? Otherwise this is a WontFix.
Labels: Needs-Triage-M68
Actually the need has arisen for Opera and we implemented it. Would you like us to upstream our code to Chromium?
Could you explain what the need was? That would help determine whether there's value in upstreaming.
Since there is no value for Chromium yet, let's not upstream it. I suggest we close this ticket.
