What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch Chrome, navigate to chrome://extensions page and enable "Developer mode" toggle button.
2. Click on ‘Load unpacked’ button and Install an extension for which errors can be found.
3. Now navigate to chrome://settings and select Font Size to 'Very Large' under 'Appearance'.
4. Now navigate back to chrome://extension and observe the toggle button(when in enabled state) for the added extension.

Actual  :Toggle button appears outside the extension card on changing Font size to 'Very Large'.
Expected:Toggle button should appear within the extension card outline even after changing Font size.

This is a non-regression issue, seen from M-69 series(since build #69.0.3497.0 as 'Error' button is introduced from this build)
