What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Recover Build -> In 'Connect to network' screen connect to required Wi-Fi network -> click 'Next' button
(2)Now EULA screen is seen -> click on 'Accept and continue' button -> 'Checking for updates' screen is seen and observe for 'Chrome updates automatically so you always have the freshest version' text
(Please refer Video)

Expected: 'Chrome updates automatically so you always have the freshest version' text should be seen in 'Checking for updates' screen 
Actual: Instead text is seen missing

This is Non-regression Issue seen from M-62

Note : In M-59 'Chrome updates automatically so you always have the freshest version' text is seen
