Links from other apps always open on regular (non-Incognito) windows

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/68.0.3440.106 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open an Incognito window, or switch to one if it was already open 2. On another app, such as an email client or terminal, click on a link What is the expected behavior? The link is opened on the Incognito window What went wrong? Previously Chrome would open links whichever window was last focused: Incognito or regular. Now it's impossible to open links from outside Chrome on Incognito windows, apart from copying/pasting the URL. Did this work before? Yes Chrome version: 68.0.3440.106 Channel: stable OS Version: OS X 10.13.6 Flash Version:
