Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/68.0.3440.106 Safari/537.36 Example URL: Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Make chromium default browser 2. Try to connect to public wifi (library, subway,etc) 3. Will show popup window displaying error What is the expected behavior? Popup window will show displaying error connecting to wifi What went wrong? Once chromium is no longer the default browser, wifi will connect. Did this work before? No Chrome version: 68.0.3440.106 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version:

What error are you seeing? Could you attach a picture of the error, perhaps? Is the error coming from Chrome or Windows? If Chrome, could you additionally attach a NetLog of the issue per https://dev.chromium.org/for-testers/providing-network-details? Thanks!
