Printing dialog expanding More Settings moves focus incorrectly

Google Chrome	69.0.3497.35 (Official Build) dev (64-bit)
Firmware Version Google_Lulu.6301.136.57

Steps to reproduce:
# Open printing dialog with ctrl + p 
# Tab down to the More Settings button
# Press enter to expand it
# Press tab again
Expected: focus in the area newly collapsed
Actual: focus had landed in the print preview portion of the dialog

Can you check if this still happens with the new Print Preview UI (on by default in M71, which is currently in Beta)?

This is fixed in the new Print Preview UI.
