Image not shown correctly in reader mode

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Launch chrome
2. Go to website: https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics/senior-republicans-hesitate-to-criticize-trump-after-manafort-and-cohen-verdicts/ar-BBMgF83
3. Click on the bottom bar to open the webpage in reader mode

What is the expected behavior?
The image should be showing correctly.

What went wrong?
The image is broken

Did this work before? No 

Chrome version: 68.0.3440.106  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.0.1
Flash Version:

Tested the issue as per steps mentioned in c#0 on nexus 5(6.0.1) using chrome 69.0.3497.100 and unable to reproduce the issue.

Attaching screen-cast for reference.

@Reporter: Could you please check by upgrading chrome latest stable #69.0.3497.100 and let us know the behavior.Also please provide details of device & build you are seeing this issue.

Thank you so much for taking a look. I think the device and build you are using is able to reproduce this issue.

Sorry I didn't mention it clear in the repro steps. The issue happens in reader mode. So, before opening this webpage, we need go the Settings -> Accessiblity and enable the simplied view feature.
