Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Start chromebook and view startscreen
2. Start screen is cluttered with dozens of users
3. Allow removal of all users via keyboard shortcut

What went wrong?
Our chromebooks are used by students over the year. Most of our chromebooks are shared between students and eventually the chromebooks have over 20 different users.

We want to be able to quickly wipe the student profiles from the start screen via a keyboard shortcut in order to get them ready for the new school year
