Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/68.0.3440.106 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open browser 2. Open/navigate anywhere What is the expected behavior? Pages should load. What went wrong? This issue happened out of nowhere. Chrome started showing "Unresponsive" alerts for all tabs and pages, this includes internal chrome:// pages. If I click "wait" it will pop up several more times, but after 4-5th alert and clicking "wait" the page eventually loads. This issue began yesterday in the previous version of Canary, not the current version. I don't know what number that was. When this issue began happening, there was a green notification of an update available (8/21/2018). So I updated, hoping it was fixed. That did not help. So I went through routine troubleshooting. What I've tried to fix this: - reset all settings - delete "Default" directory - uninstall/re-install browser I don't recall any major events (like Windows update) taking place to cause this issue. As far as I can tell, it started on it's own. See attached screenshots. Let me know if you need any specific information about my PC. Crashed report ID: How much crashed? Whole browser Is it a problem with a plugin? No Did this work before? Yes Chrome version: 70.0.3530.0 Channel: canary OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: |
