Please allow the serial number to display on the chromebook disable screen

Reported by omar.enr...@apps.pusd.org, Aug 22

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 10575.58.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3396.101 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Chromebook is disabled
2. Disable screen is displayed
3. Display serial number automatically or allow alt+v to display chromebook serial number

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
At the moment the only way that I know how to gather the chromebooks serial number when its in the disabled state is to look at the case. Most times the case serial number is worn and not visible, please add the capability to display the serial number in the disable screen. Either display it automatically or using alt+v (same keyboard shortcuts used on the log in page to display the serial number when the device is not in the disabled state)

Thank you

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 67.0.3396.101 Channel: stable
OS Version: 10575.58.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 30.0 r0

The reason this is useful is when we need to reactive the device
Components: UI>Shell>LockScreen
I believe this is resolved now. On version 70 of ChromeOS, I see the serial number on the disabled message. Thank you
