When Talkback is enabled, navigation in some large pages is very slow.

Reported by labbe.do...@gmail.com, Aug 22

Issue description

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Start Talkback on Android (tested with v6.2.0.199837370).
2. Open this web page in Chrome: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_law_clerks_of_the_Supreme_Court_of_the_United_States
3. Navigate the web page using a swipe right. On this page, you will encounter a long delay before the accessibility focus is moved and before hearing any TTS feedback.

What is the expected behavior?
On most pages, navigating between elements is fast and TTS feedback is almost instant.

What went wrong?
Navigation is very slow, and TTS feedback is delayed by several seconds. About 5 seconds on a first gen Pixel phone, almost 15 on a slower Snapdragon 625 phone.

Did this work before? N/A

The slowness is mostly due to the fact that a single web page can have thousands AccessibilityNodes and chromium seem pretty slow generating them.
On Android 6.0.1; I can also reproduce a problem on other long articles on Wikipedia. I have my very own website where I experiment with long webpages. I'm not sure if we've ran out of memory, or processing power has been taken up by a browser itself.
I can also reproduce a problem by making a large webpage with over 40 or more paragraphs, and other content, and I'm still figuring out if a delay is present when viewing large webpages. I'm currently working on this experiment on my own website.

@gilmanmh I did some profiling and I believe this page should get dramatically faster to load once you remove the computation of row and column indexes from Blink. Could you verify this?
