bustamantesteven@ Thanks for the issue. Tested this issue on Windows 10 on the reported version 68.0.3440.106 and the latest Canary 70.0.3530.0 and unable to reproduce the issue by following the below steps. 1. Launched Chrome, signed into Chrome and synced the content. 2. Closed Chrome browser and re-launched and could observe that user is logged in. Attached is the screen cast for reference. Request you to check and confirm if anything is missed from our end in triaging the issue. Also request you to retry the issue on a new chrome profile without any flags/extensions and update the thread with the observations. Thanks.

So it appears that I was able to fix the issue I had, it was happening every machine I own (windows 10, Linux, and Mac OS X). Did a total account sync reset and it was still happening, check flags and make sure to reset to defaults and remove all browser extensions however none of those worked. What did work was going to chrome://flags and disabling identity consistency between browser and cookie jar. Once that took effect I could close the browser and when reopening it would stay signed in. Thanks for all your help.
