[Findit] Flake Analyzer - Store build id to data points instead of build_url/try_job_url

Issue description

IIUC, build id can be used to derive a url, eliminating the need to store try_job_url and build_url separately.

Once LUCI migration is complete, all data points generated will have a build_id associated with them which can be used to derive other information such as url.
