make suite_report work with skylab

For now, mimic autotest - spew suite report data from tko/parse for a suite.

suite_report is really useful, but makingn it work as is on Skylab is enough work that we should take a good look at what suite_report V2 should look like and implement that.

Also, we did and can live without it for one board. So P2. (punt to end of Q4'18)
