Caution message shown on public session pod and pod options get misaligned.

Google Chrome: 70.0.3524.2
Platform : 10987.0.0 Falco

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Enroll device to a public session domain 
2. Reboot device to load policies.
3. Click on the PS pod and observe the UI.

Expected Result:
No caution message shown and PS pod UI is shown as expected.

Actual Result:
Caution message is shown and options get misaligned (keyboard menu touches the border and padding is lost).

How frequently does this problem reproduce? (Always, sometimes, hard to reproduce?) Always

Additional Information:
1. Issue is not seen on 
   Google Chrome: 68.0.3440.122 Platform: 10718.90.0
   Google Chrome: 69.0.3497.36 Platform: 10895.26.0

Manged Session POD shows as expected.
