What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Go to a site, e.g. Vimeo.com/watch
(2) Enter VR browsing
(3) Trigger scroll to refresh by dragging thumb down on Daydream controller.

What is the expected result? A (blue?) spinning animation should appear at the top of the page and the page should refresh.

What happens instead? A white circle appears at the top of the page, but the page doesn't refresh.
