What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Download a mp3 file to your DUT
(2) Open the mp3 file from "Files", the audio will be opened in chromeos media player and start the music
(3) Let the media player be full screen mode and start to use volume slider to control the stream volume.  

What is the expected result?
The stream volume should be changed when the volume bar is moving.

What happens instead?
The volume won't change when the slider move into right half of the volume bar.

If you don't use the media player in full screen mode on eve, it's hard to notice the issue. (leonardokusumo: He didn't use that in full screen though, it is bad even with small slider. It is basically not changing until it is close to 1/3 point to the left)

But it's easy to reproduce in tablet mode (This could be reproduce on other model, too) since the media player is always in full screen mode.
