Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/68.0.3440.106 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Enter www.google.com in chrome address bar. 2. Move mouse curser to Google Doodle. 3. Observe tooltip of doodle mentioning '107th' birthday. What is the expected behavior? Tooltip of the doodle should show "Ismat Chughtai's '103rd' Birthday" What went wrong? The number of the birthday of Ismat Chughtai should appear as '103rd' birthday in doodle tooltip on 21st Aug of 2018 as her birth date is 21st August 1915, but it is mentioning '107th' birthday. Did this work before? No Chrome version: 68.0.3440.106 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: 30.0.0.154

I'm sorry we didn't deal with this feedback promptly. The "Google Doodle" comes from Google, not the Chrome web browser. The next time you see an issue with the doodle (hopefully this won't happen again!), can you please go to google.com (perhaps by clicking on the doodle, if it's clickable), scroll to the bottom of the search results page, and use the "send feedback" link to report the issue? thanks! I'm closing this issue as obsolete. (How embarrassing that Google got a fact in their doodle wrong!) |
