views_examples_exe appears as a black window on windows

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/68.0.3440.106 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Check out the ToT source code of chromium on Windows 10 1803. 2. Build the views_examples_exe executable as the official build instructions say, use 32 bit components debug build. 3. Run the views_examples_exe.exe. What is the expected behavior? The views_examples_exe's window should show the test controls normaly. What went wrong? views_examples_exe.exe shows a black window. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 68.0.3440.106 Channel: canary OS Version: 10.0 1803 Flash Version: 30.0.0.154 This bug has been exists for a long time, I try it every several months and it does not get fixed. This bug does not exist in the views_examples_with_content_exe target.

The issue seems to be out of TE-scope as it is related to source code. Hence, adding label TE-NeedsTriageHelp for further investigation from dev team. Thanks...!!

Hmm, I found this at last: https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=622167 There is something to do with the NVIDIA video driver. The bug might has been fixed in the content module, but not views_examples_exe. And no one care of views_examples_exe. So this bug can be closed.
