Sublime Text installs but does not run

Chrome version: (copy from chrome://version)
70.0.3511.0 (Official Build) dev (64-bit)

OS: Chrome

Repro steps:
1. Install sublime text per the instructions in this doc:

2. Invoke `subl`. 


Expected: Sublime Text starts up
Actual: Nothing happens. Crickets.

This can probably be closed. The instructions imply that the `subl` command will launch the app, and that didn't happen. But the icon eventually showed up in my launcher. So all's well with me, but the instructions could be improved slightly.
