Translating any page makes subsequent labels and like/dislike count incorrect, distorted

Browser: tested on Chrome 67 and 68

OS: tested on windows 10 and 7

There are two issues, both involving translating a page in youtube. Please find the steps to reproduce in the two attached documents. 

In once scenario, I'm translating a page that was already in English. Then subsequent pages show incorrect label. 

And in the second defect, after translating a Russian page to English, the subsequent page's like/dislike count gets distorted.
