Make the Omnibox Selection Highlight Hue Warmer

Do you mind double-checking to see if the code matches the mocks for the Omnibox hover and selected states?

What are the specs for the Omnibox background, in both hover and selected state? As well as those two for incognito?

I want to make sure I get them exactly to designer intent on this second pass.
