Unable to play Adobe demo videos

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Go to http://drmtest2.adobe.com/AccessPlayer/player.html and play the DRM video.
(2)Observed issue, Adobe demo videos can not play


What is the expected result?
Adobe demo video should play

What happens instead?
Adobe demo videos can not play

Could you indicate why this is tagged Certificate? Nothing in the Console or DevTools appears to indicate.

Loading DevTools Network Console says the POST to the :8080 license serve returns a 500 Internal Server Error, which suggests its a server-side issue.

I'm just trying to understand what part of the triage led it to being flagged as certificate, in case I missed something?
