Issue 875807 was auto assigned to bstell@chromium.org by pinpoint even though the owner's CL was a minor improvement in the revision range.

It would make more sense to auto assign to the biggest regression in range.

Future Feature Request: With several regressions within one revision range usually only one of them gets adressed (first or biggest regressing CL). It would probably make sense to suggest splitting up an issue if there are similar sized regressions within a regression range.
