Back button should go to transport selection if >=2 transports are available

Currently, after transport auto-selection, if the user presses the back button, we go back to the welcome screen, but then pressing "Next" here goes back to the exact same transport-specific flow, instead of going to manual transport selection.

If there are at least 2 transport available, we should go to transport selection instead.
