Issue descriptionWhen opening chrome://webrtc-logs in an incognito window, the following message is logged to the console: [55439:55439:0820/161131.211786:ERROR:CONSOLE(1)] "Uncaught ReferenceError: updateWebRtcLogsList is not defined", source: chrome://newtab/ (1) Please note that, as far as I can tell, this bug preceded https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/1177758, and so is likely not caused by it.

Local build of origin/master from around the time when the bug was filed (at most two [work] days earlier, probably). Sorry that I can't be more specific. It's not reproducing for me right now. Might want to close this bug, then, unless you can repro it?
