Issue descriptionVersion: 70.0.3528.0 (Official Build)Revision 354e37b4e7e3c9faacf4837f19c2ff88d6e61dda-refs/branch-heads/3528@{#1}(32/64-bit) OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.12.6,10.13.1,10.13.6) Pre condition : chrome://history page should have more than one history items What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome,navigate to chrome://history page and resize browser window to LHS 2. Now drag horizontal scroll bar to RHS and click on 'Actions' iron icon and then select 'Remove from history' 3. Try to delete few history items and observe horizontal scroll bar Actual: Unnecessary page gets auto scroll to LHS after removing history item Expected: Unnecessary page shouldn't get auto scroll to LHS after removing history item This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 65’ and will soon update other info : Good build: 65.0.3300.0 (Revision: 525556). Bad build: 65.0.3301.0 (Revision: 525885). You are probably looking for a change made after 525588 (known good), but no later than 525589 (first known bad).
