Vertical alignment issue in overflow menu |
||||
Issue descriptionApp Version (from "Chrome Settings > About Chrome"): 69.3497.41 iOS Version: iOS 12 Device: iPhone 8 Plus TestFlight feedback: It seems there might be an issue with the vertical alignment of the overflow menu items starting with "Read Later". Please see screenshot. I am not sure if this is related to iOS 12 or to the iPhone 8 Plus or to Localization. So we need to identify the scope of the problem first.

The text labels are aligned. See attached screenshot with vertical line. User may be referring to the icons. The icons above the line have a shaded background. Starting with "read later", they do not. Could that have created a visual illusion?

May be the lower part of the Read Later icon is not visible in its "default view". It will look nicer if the icon is fully visible. Happens on all iOS'es on Tablets and Phones.

I think there might be a bit of a visual illusion here. However, If you compare "Read" in "Read Later" to ""Leer" in "Leer más adelante", you will see that the "L" is a bit lower than the "R". Could be just how the kerning is for this font and that creates this visual illusion.

This seems to be working as intended. |
