Play video of youtubetv sites in full screen under the horizontal screen, the interface freezes.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Rotate to horizontal screen
2. Go to tv.youtube.com
3. Play a video and click full-screen button

What is the expected behavior?
Play normally

What went wrong?
Interface freezes

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 68.0.3440.106  Channel: stable
OS Version: 8.1

Maybe you can try it just on an Android mobile phone. I try on some different phone and the bug always happens. Or you can try it on N6p.

Unable to test this issue from TE-HYD end as tv.youtube.com is not accessible in India. Could someone from MTV team please have a look at this issue. Hence adding TE-NeedsTriageFromMTV label.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to tv.youtube.com
2. Play a video and click full-screen button
3. Rotate to horizontal screen

Then the same error happens. The screen frozen. 
This is very big problem. Please help fix it. Thanks!

 On FireFox， video of youtube tv plays well with full screen in landscape mode.
