Something funny is happening to the layers under perspective. To the compositing team for next triage.

Able to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 68.0.3440.106 also on latest chrome 70.0.3527.0 using Mac 10.13.6,Ubuntu 17.10 and Windows 10. Same behavior is seen on M60(60.0.3112.113) hence considering it as non-regression and marking it as Untriaged. Thanks!

Hi! I am updating the URLs that occur the bug. As many users are reporting the bug I will need to make some workaround to avoid it. I will keep the website version in the URLs below: https://brorlandi.github.io/StarWarsIntroCreator-old/#!/BLK8ptzLBOlg2051t__f/ https://brorlandi.github.io/StarWarsIntroCreator-old/#!/BLK6EG_zZn4wBBFiMZxa/ Thanks!

Any news on this bug? Sad that I still had to recommend another browser to my users.

I can repro it on the second link but not the first on Linux (turned on gpu rasterization, not sure if that matters or not). With --show-composited-layer-borders, it looks like we're hitting the case where we're checkerboarding these tiles: https://cs.chromium.org/chromium/src/cc/layers/picture_layer_impl.cc?q=picture_layer_impl&sq=package:chromium&g=0&l=531 (which turns the missing tiles bright red). But from brief debugging, it doesn't look like tile manager is OOMing. It just looks like we're not ever handling these tiles. If I force RequiresHighResToDraw, it just hangs forever. Suspecting that there's something incorrect going on with tile prioritization on perspective layers. I still think this is a P2 bug.
