Steps To Reproduce:
(1) Log in to my corp account
(2) Click on my profile picture in the bottom right, then the account name at the top, then "sign in another user"
Expected Result:
I'm able to log in to my personal GAFYD account alongside my corp account
Actual Result:
The administrator for this account requires this account to be the first signed-in account.
How frequently does this problem reproduce? (Always, sometimes, hard to
reproduce?)

What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is
it?
I can't use multiple sign-in.

I haven't changed any settings for my GAFYD account relating to Chrome management, and the Chrome management options are completely unavailable (since it's a grandfathered free account). This started happening a few weeks ago, but it only bothered me enough to file a bug about it now.

, Aug 19I see that the policy "ChromeOsMultiProfileUserBehavior": { "level": "mandatory", "scope": "user", "source": "sourceEnterpriseDefault", "value": "primary-only" }, is set (from the perspective of my personal account) but I can't tell how this was set - was this set by being a corp-enrolled device, or was this sent by my personal GAFYD?
