Module flash not compatible

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Ubuntu Chromium/68.0.3440.106 Chrome/68.0.3440.106 Safari/537.36

Example URL:
http://hundred2.chatango.com/

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Chatango.com Personal Messaging
2. hundred2.chantango.com
3. 

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
the flash module is not compatible

Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A

Is it a problem with a plugin? Yes Flash

Did this work before? No 

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 68.0.3440.106  Channel: stable
OS Version: KDE neon
Flash Version: non compatible 

It works under Chrome. Could you fix it so that it works under Chromium, thanks. But no Chrome on Linux, but with Firefox it works

Tested this issue on reported chrome version 68.0.3440.106 using Ubuntu 17.10. Attaching screen-cast for reference.
Steps: 
---------
1. Launched reported chrome 
2. Navigated to given URL " http://hundred2.chatango.com/ "
3. Signed up and able to chat 
As we are not seen flash compatible issue .

@Reporter: Request you to retry this issue with fresh profile without any extensions/apps or reset all the flags and let us know if issue still persists.

Where did you get your Chromium build. Flash is not provided part of any Chromium variants that the project distributes. It is only part of Google Chrome.
Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
