Issue descriptionChrome Version : 68.0.3440.106 OS Version: 10.0 UserAgentString: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/68.0.3440.106 Safari/537.36 URLs (if applicable) : chrome-urls Other browsers tested: NA What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. go chrome://chrome-urls What is the expected result? Link to chrome://interstitials displayed What happens instead of that? interstitials missing Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible. In the URL list, I don't understand why we need both network-error and network-errors, but I have a limited horizon. Please check if there are others missing from the URL list.

larrylaca818@ Thanks for the issue. Able to reproduce this issue on Mac OS 10.13.3, Windows 10 and Ubuntu 17.10 on the reported version 68.0.3440.106 and the latest Canary 70.0.3528.0 as per the original comment. This is a Non-Regression issue as this is observed from M-60 chrome builds. Hence marking this as Untriaged for further updates from Dev. Thanks..

Added interstitials link to chrome-urls. I believe chrome://network-error is just a quick way to demonstrate what a network error looks like. chrome://network-errors on the other hand is a list of all possible errors, so I prefer to not to change those.

Thx. When will this be visible in Canary M70? After the branch date 8/30? That was my cut on network-error vs network-errors too.

Canary is built on a daily basis, so it should be on Canary in a day or two.

Verified 70.0.3530.0 Canary installed 8/22 5:20 PST Oops forgot to check 8/21 70.0.3529, Interstitials could have been visible there too.
