Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/68.0.3440.106 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1.Use an old integrated GPU (Intel HD Graphics 2000) 2.Play at https://www.rumblegames.com/kingsroad/play What is the expected behavior? The GPU should be detected and all elements of the flash game rendered properly. What went wrong? On mozilla firefox it work well and everything is rendered correctly but on google chrome everything is messed up. Certain elements (in the game) like 2D button are rendered only when i HOVER the mouse on them while they should be rendered as usual without the need to hover them... Please see the working version with firefox and the BUGGED version with chrome. Ps:Lastest chrome + flash player for chrome. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 68.0.3440.106 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.3 Flash Version: I have no idea if it worked before because my gtx 580 died and i can only use my intel hd graphics 2000, i'm on windows 8.1 this gpu has windows 8.1 drivers it's 100% fine on my side but not google chrome or flash ! Please fix it quickly because it's been like 6 months that this issue exist and i played another game, it's still not fixed because maybe no one reported this SERIOUS bug.

Hello, thank you for trying to "find" what is causing the issue but it's funny because you are using an Intel Hd graphics 520 which is kinda recent, it's from an i7 of 6th generation while my GPU (outdated as hell) is from 2nd generation of Intel Core 7. Attached a screenshot of the game and the GPU report, i hope that you can find what is causing this weird issue because it's been here for a long time and it's quite annoying, surprising how it doesn't affect new GPU but the old one seem to have issue. And i remind you that i'm using the updated drivers 100% compatible with windows 8.1 released by Intel so it can't be those guy that screwed up the drivers, somehow, it work fine in Mozilla Firefox, but every browser "chrome based" this has this issue of rendering.

@phanindra.mandapaka@chromium.org Any news about this bug ? I opened a thread on adobe flash as well.

Currently, we do not have any second generation of Intel Core 7(...as mentioned in comment#5) configured machine(s) to test and confirm the issue on exact mentioned environment, hence forwarding it to Inhouse team as well to get this cross checked from their end. Adding label "TE-NeedsTriageFromHYD". Thanks!

@https://bugs.chromium.org/u/vamshi.kommuri@chromium.org Ah Nice, I had also reported that bug on adobe flash side in case to speed things up :) Thanks !

As the exact setup as mentioned in C#5 & 12 is not available with in-house team , adding TE-Hardware-Dependency label to investigate further. Thanks!

zmo@ could you help triage?

ligi: since we have a few Win8 or Win8.1 laptops in QA team, could you try and see if one of the laptops can repro this issue? Assign back to me if you can't reproduce, we can blacklist Flash3D on that GPU on win8 and win8.1. reporter: can you try with --disable-gpu and see if everything works fine with that flag.
