opens, try to do anything and it crashes

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 10895.21.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.35 Safari/537.36
Platform: 10895.21.0 (Official Build) beta-channel cyan

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open app
2. try to go to account
3. crashes and opens chrome saying it didn't close properly

What is the expected behavior?
expect to be able to see my apps and such but it crashes almost immediately

What went wrong?
after the update 10895.21.0 (Official Build) beta-channel cyan this and other apps do not work. They load but once you try to do anything on them they crash, touch screen not responding on apps either.

Did this work before? Yes before recent update which I just did today, Aug. 17th

Chrome version: 69.0.3497.35  Channel: beta
OS Version: 10895.21.0
Flash Version: 

None of the apps work. They load but no touch works nor keyboard commands. Everything worked fine before the update.
